2007 Wagon Ride and Annual Picnic

The members of the Kentucky Draft Horse and Mule Association met in Pendlelton County in north central Kentucky over the weekend of June 16 and 17 for their annual wagon ride and club picnic.  The event was held at the Falmouth, Kentucky Fairgrounds.  Several of the members brought their teams for a weekend of wagon rides and the annual club picnic.  This area of the country is under a severe drought and it was rather hot, but there was a nice breeze and some new areas where many of the members had never ridden. 

The horses enjoyed the drink, but the young boy wasn't real happy about the water.
