The 2007 Bath County Agriculture and Horse Fair's draft horse activities got underway this year with a farm horse pull on Friday night, July 6th at the Bath County Lions Club Park. This was followed on Saturday afternoon with several halter, riding, and hitch classes for both draft horses and mules. After a dinner break (complete with a lot of hazing and joking around), the 4 horse hitch class was held followed by an obstacle course and log skidding competition. Due to the loss of light, we are sorry to report that we don't have photos of the winning pull in the Friday farm pull or of the Saturday night log skidding.
